GRITS (Georgia Rockets In The Sky) will be held from Friday December 9 through Sunday December 11, at the Cagle
Farm in Ranger, GA near Calhoun. Saturday and Sunday are open to everyone. Spectating is free, but if you want to fly rockets, register now at the website for the best deal -- $25 for Saturday and Sunday, $15 for either Saturday or Sunday. Friday's launch is a Tripoli Research launch, so only Tripoli members may launch ($10) but spectators are free to come watch. Registration will be available on the field, but it will cost $20/day, so save by registering now!

SoAR Shop Is Open!
You can now show your support for SoAR with fashionable items from the SoAR Shop! Right now there are mens' and womens' t-shirts, trucker hats, tote bags, and large coffee mugs for sale. If you have suggestions for other items, let us know!
Just added a mens' style zip hoodie, in time for colder launches. We may add other styles if demand is greater. Dale's Bucket O'Rockets Still Here!
At each SoAR launch there will be a bucket (white, about 12" diameter) that is designated as Dale Windsor's Bucket O'Rockets. Land any part of your rocket in that bucket (after a safe flight and recovery!) and you'll win a jackpot of rocket kits. If no one gets in the bucket at a launch, the prizes will roll over to the next launch, and another prize will (seldomly!) be added!
